Clash of Chinese TKA vs Local Workers at PT GNI North Morowali

Workers at PT GNI in North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi, returned to work actively starting Tuesday morning January 17 2023. 

They returned to work after two days of the nickel smelter company's activities being suspended after the deadly incident last Saturday (14/1/2023).

 Previously, local workers and Chinese foreign workers were involved in clashes. Two people were declared dead. Local workers and Chinese foreign workers who returned to work after the clashes were seen as friendly and friendly again. This can be seen from the photos circulating widely on social media and the WhatsApp Group (WAG). 

In the photo, you can see TKA and TKI close and harmonious taking selfies together at the PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry (GNI) smelter location. Not only taking pictures together, the TKA and TKI also held hands.

 Residents of North Morowali hope that PT GNI will resume production so that the economic effects after the clashes remain stable for the community in the PT GNI smelter industrial circle village in North Morowali Regency.

 "The clash that occurred a few days ago has been handled by the security forces who acted quickly to deal with the incident. Hopefully this will not happen again, so that the company's activities can return to normal," the residents hoped.
